AKURE – One of the support groups working for the victory of All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in the forthcoming general elections, the Tinubu Hope of Nigeria Vanguard Group has declared that Tinubu would win convincingly and with wide margin in Ondo State.
This was declared by the group at the mega rally of APC held at the MKO Abiola Democracy Park, Akure, the State capital.
Excited members of the group were seen displaying various banners, adorned fez-cap, crested with Tinubu and Shettima effigy and singing songs to woo residents of the state to vote for APC in the next month general elections.
The convener of Tinubu Hope of Nigeria Vanguard, Olurotimi Williams-Daudu Esq while speaking with newsmen, charged residents of the state to collect their PVCs from their various wards, declaring that the state would deliver 100 per cent votes for Tinubu.
He said: “Get your PVC, our vision, desire is to elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu as our president, the Jagaban of the universe. He has the pedigree, he is a resourceful man, he has the wisdom, he has done it before, he has the track records.
” We are sure he will turn our country to a producing and manufacturing nation, thereby boosting our economy and providing job opportunities and putting food on the table of the people. “
His Deputy, Mr Bode Famose emphasized that the mammoth crowd that witnessed the rally would surely translate to massive votes for Tinubu and all APC candidates.
“We believe that he is going to change the narrative of Nigeria for the better and what we have being doing so far is house to house campaign. We also encourage them to collect their PVC from INEC so that they will be able to vote massively for Tinubu”.
Another member of the group described Tinubu as the most experienced and competent among all the presidential candidates.
He said: “Asiwaju’s Ahmed Tinubu is a person that doesn’t need introduction to Nigerians, we are pleading that Asiwaju has demonstrated capacity, knowledge, and he has also shown that he has a track records to take Nigeria to the next level and that is why we advise that Nigerians should en mass, support and vote for him.”
